Сonnecting rod bearing damage.

Why so much oil ? Thats nearly double a normal amount .
If your using a catch can , that could be a source of debris intrusiun .
Looks like a couple high load areas ater the hairpin turns .
Its possible that your at the limit of durability /life of the bearing .

maybe I got confused in the American measures of volume. We use 700 ml of oil, the instructions for the engine indicate 600 ml, but I dismantled the oil sensor and decided to fill in more.

You should be around 15oz of oil at the most or 443 ml. What instructions were you looking at?
really, sorry, I confused with the oil clutch. The instructions for the motor indicate 500 ml, we fill in about 600 ml, since during the race we lose about 100-150 ml in 1 hour.

are you using the oil pump engine ?
I do not use this motor yet, it needs some work, my rivals used it and it broke, so I am now collecting information and for now I am using the old version of the engine.

the Chinese plant produced a motor with flaws, a very strong loss of oil pressure, through a non-sealed crankshaft bearing. I can show you this, many have encountered this problem, there is also a problem with the decompressor spring in place on the camshaft, it breaks and closes the oil supply hole.

This is engine in oil pump

yes, I will do it, I have experience.
I also bought a new crankshaft, I will leave the old one in case the new one fails.

Not to sidetrack the conversation, but were the 196cc cranks better quality in terms of roundness than the 212 cranks?

Sorry, I don't understand your question.
Predators rod journal are not necessarily round, Ive had a few that were a couple thousandths difference between high spots and low spots and generally add .001 or so to make up for the problem to the connecting rod. I have not messed with clones much and wondered if they were the same way. Remember, these motors were designed to putt around at 3650 rpm until the warranty expired in 90 days. Precise oil clearance at that speed isnt nearly as important.

in Russia we use only 168 clones, we have no Predator
