06 GMC Yukon help needed

I have a 06 Yukon 6.0 cant get it inspected because of 2 not ready
How can I ready the Heated o2 monitor to ready itself

Your saying it won't pass because the check engine light is on ?

No the engine light is not on it failed for 2 not ready monitors
1 is evap other is 02 heater, which I feel should have readied itself pretty quickly but I have put 200 miles on this thing and cant get them to go, not sure if there was a secret to doing this that I was unaware of

whats the scan tool say?
o2 heaters are 12volt .
computers control them.
evap could be a bad sensor , open/torn hose .
no tricks I know of.

I have tried with some success to put a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator to bring up engine temp and getting monitors to run, just watch the engine temp
