It also is a large adjustment for cross weight. For example small flat track i run 1/8" pill hole up on the lr. but when i run bigger tracks (1/8th mile) i run 1/16" hole up on lr, and for even bigger tracks (1/5th mile) i run the zero pill on lr. The front washers stay closer to the middle when i do this as well. I always keep the zero in the rr, but every track and race is different. Hope that helps.
