1,2,3 generation 212 predator info

what years were the gen 1 predator 212 made?? its my understanding the gen 1 had a dished piston and looked like the gen 3.??? When did the configuration change to be Gen 3. as far as i can find, the gen 3's biggest difference is the head.. i could use some clarification ! Can someone please give me a history on the Gen 1 predator motor as compared to the gen 3..

There may be info I don't know about it but my understanding is there was the 196cc clone of the 5.5 Hondas GX 200. We still run them as clones. Then it was upgraded in China to 212cc (68mm bore vs. 70mm bore), pretty much the same engine. That was stage 1. Then came the same engine with a few tweaks, the hemi cylinder head and flat top piston being the biggest change. This was the stage (thats really not the right word) 2. I have no clue what a 3 is.

This is a 2010 manual .
It also had the plastic cam and or cam gear , im thinking the whole thing .
Piston in parts diagram looks dished.
