2008 Phantom Icon Rear Bearings

2008 Phantom Icon rear bearings are 207’s anybody have any advise to keeping the bearings in good condition? Cleaning, lubrication? Thanks for the help
 
If they still have the oil hole and seals just dribble oil in them .
Wipe the outside clean with a rag .
