Can someone help with setup numbers for a 2010 Legend Matrix running dirt 390#.

Im 5'10" 230lbs.

Tracks:
NKK
Poplar Grove
ECS
Show-me speedway
jamaica

Does anyone have setup numbers specifically for Newton Kart Klub? I "raced" (if you can call it that) on Oct 26th and was way off. Maybe tire help also, I was on Blue/Pink punching 40 with UF Green.
