2010 Seraph Steering Upright

I have a 2010 Seraph and I need a steering upright/crotch post, whatever you want to call it. I see there are standard and "offset". Is the only difference where the lower bolt holes are drilled?

The offset post has two bends in it so the steering block can be moved to one side or the other (or forward or back depending on where you drill the holes).
