I don't know much about Shiloh but here's where I'd start:
9" off the axle, RR strut 4.375" off the motor rail, front 3/4" left of center to the steering upright
stock castor, +3/8, -3.25, RF forward LF back. If you find you need more turning power you can either swap the lead on the LF and RF and/or drop the castor to 7 and 10.
