2018 Rival, my brakes suck

Had brake issues since I purchased the kart used. I have bled them several times and most recently back bled them with a syringe from the caliper. A lot of pedal travel and almost no brakes. The inner pad is fairly close 1/16th maybe but outer is probably 3/16. Any recommendations

Kart brakes are a pain to bleed. I found that a slow
press on the pedal and tightening the bleed screw
before the pedal bottomed to be the only way to
not suck air back in.
I'd close up the 3/16 to match the other side. You
may be running out of pedal before the 3/16 side
touches.

Bumpy how exactly do you do that? I think that's the problem

I had to remove the mount from the cassette and caliper from the mount to adjust the one side on mine. Mine is mounted to the right cassette. Also leave fill cap open and keep it full while bleeding.
