I suggest asking the guy who wrote the build sheet. If you want to know absolutely and without a doubt, he's the one that should know.

Al the build sheet comes from Briggs Stratton factory in the box with the engine. The LO206 is not a builder engine that you call a Bubba and see wat he dun.
