Most likely air leak, most commonly between carb and intake.

Theres alittle black plastic jet on top of the carb that you can wedge out with a flat screwdriver. Take a torch tip cleaner and run it through that jet to make sure there are no obstructions.

What about your low oil sensor? Disconnect it too.

I'm thinking if the carb gasket is on backwards that it can cover and block a carb passage.

So you've done these changes with no improvement ?
After it shuts down . Drain the carb see how much fuel is in there . Catch it if possible .
All stock as in out of the box .
Tank and air filter assembly .
