22's to 11's

Just as the title states I'm looking for opinions on how to prepare 22's for a track that everyone runs 11's on. I have 2 sets of 22's that have been just sitting around for a couple of years and want to put them to use in the heats.
What are the options to reduce the spring rate on the 22's?

If u do some internal and external work prep wise, they might be better off come feature time on a longer run....

Why for the heat ? ya might get em to hook up for the feature however ya gotta be carefull internal prepping 22's they might just lock down and not go anywhere. If I was going to try it I'd put 2 oz of Hot Lap II or Ls 1 inside then Roll them like 15 min in you external prep you use, put if ya try it and it does not work don't be surprised 22's are mostly for only when the track warrants 22's.
