250MX Billet cases

News to me...... I specifically sent him a set of CR cases to get measurements for a CR125 that he told me he never got around to making the cases. As far as I know he only made either a Yamaha or KTM 125, and I think he only done one or two of those. I tried for years to get a sets of CR cases.
Actually you’re right, the one I’m thinking of is a Yamaha.

Not calling you a liar, but I wasn't aware he made any. I made my own set of cases, and plan to make another, "better" set. Not sure if I'm going to use CR 125 or go another route for the cylinder this time. I think I might go another route, the CR is very strong for what it is though.

Don't remember ever making anything for the 125 engines.
My mold was made for 250cc.
But I'm getting old so there is that lol.
I had big plans over the last 6-7 years of making parts for who ever wanted anything.
Reality is I just take too long trying to make anything and every thing.
I have been remaking the original mold to update it's design to be more accurate and better casting and heat treatment.
It will only fit the 99 up YZ 250 and 92-01 Cr 250 ( essentially the same engine).

I'm also designing and building molds for my own complete 250cc engine case inducted and rotary valve options.
For the RWYB guys I'm close to offering a Cr500 set of csses.

I still do this in my garage part time and it still a slow process for me.
I hope to provide a mich better and much more reliable part for you DIY guys.

YZ and CR modifications along with a bolt on waterpump boss.

Who makes the manifold? I got the carbs just need a way to mount them.
Brian I have been working on a lost foam process to make some parts and hopefully my cases as well.
Reedcage design is something that is a perfect example of complicated part made reasonably simple once the patterns are made.
I may be able to help you in the near future.

Not trying to be a wise xxx it all depends on the stroke. Off the top of my head a 58.8 bore x 55 stroke is around a 148.50 didn't do the math but it 's around there . A 125 is roughly a 54x54 later Chuck.
