3 disk bully spring heights

Needing to reset the spring height on my 3 disk 6 spring bully clutch with red springs. I’m running it on a limited modified animal and a Mikuni 28 flatslide carb which likes to idle at 1800-1900 RPMS. What is recommended spring height/RPM engagement? Right now it is engaging at 5700 and had to switch to a two disk so I don’t get left behind. Any advice is much appreciated!
 
If you don't have weights on the levers you need to add them .
Where was the 2 disc engaging ?
Does it need disc's or a regrind .
.255 is not too awful tight.
