390 carb question

I have a mild stock appearing non-hemi predator Ive been messing with. Billet rod, billet flywheel, ported head, mod 2 cam and valve springs. Just ordered a 390 carb and adapter plate. I would like to try it with the 390 carb on methanol. Do I just need to change the main jet, or is there other changes also needed to the carb?

My Current situation.. What jets do i need to run a gx340 carb on methanol on a 212 predator? its hemi bottom end with super man cam and .100 off a non hemi head , billet flywheel.
