Need some help on what to do. Rule is must look stock out of box. Claim rule $140

As of now I have these parts
CL1 cam
10.8 green spring
#4 keyway
Cut off head .035 18.5cc
Head has 3 angle valve job
blueprinted crab with jets
low #21 high #31
short block is stock

0.350" off head?
Have you checked the compression ratio?
Jetting needs change as the air density changes, are you checking the air density?
What fuel? What octane?

Looks okay except i hope its .035 not .350
