60 % front weight??

What flattop said earlier. Too much nose weight weighs down too much on the front tires and causes it to turn like a dump truck. Front tires get overloaded and lose their ability to make their own decisions to turn basically. The weight overcomes whatever they're doing
I would agree once you go past a certain point that is more extreme than just 1 %, as this thread is titled 60 % nose I can see that being plenty extreme enough for it to show up as the push, but if it's just slightly more than needed 95 out of a hundred times it will cause loose on entry before it shows it's face as the push you describe .
