advice on resurfacing tires

was wanting to know everyone's opinion on what the best tool to use to resurface tires was... if grinder what are the best wheels and ect.... thanks in advance

Variable speed 6" or 7 " sander polisher 300 Rpm to 900 or so use lower speed, Velcro wheel 240 grit paper.

what he said^^^^ Get a good grinder such as dewalt, as you add pressure it maintains the speed.

I like to use a belt sander. Start with 80 grit then finish with 120 grit.
