AKRA BP Clone Carb Specs

No, the P8 has both the gasket and diaphragms but also includes the fulcrum arm, inlet valve, inlet tension spring and welch plugs. You would use this if you are having issues with the carburetor not holding pop-off pressure or if it's not popping off between 8.5-10psi. The P6 is only the gasket and diaphragms which are replaced more often to maintain the carburetor's performance.

If I send it to EC Carbs can they go through it and confirm everything is within spec?

Well to start, using a Tillotson HL style carb for a BP class is a horrible idea. Not nearly as cost effective as a standard clone carb. And much higher maintenance than a clone carb. Plus high needle tuning is done the easiest by the driver on the fly. Pretty hard to do that when the driver is a younger kid. It would be easier to just use stock appearing carb rules.

I think the confusion comes in where there is a limited clone class and a builders prepared class where the limited rules go back and forth to bp rules i will work on that
