So i have the '22 rule book,however what particular engine package would someone go by utilizing a clone in a red/green class?

Not exactly. AKRA has more engine rules than Indycar it seems. If you read the book you'll see.

As stated there's a spec for everything .
A basic engine fits the rules , or is supposed too .
Then its blueprinted too the rules by a builder .

No.
Most top clone blanks come from 1 of 3 importers Dyno, EC, BSP.
They control how they are built from the factory.
Almost every part has a spec in the rule book.
