AKRA, WKA, UNILLI TIRES JOIN FORCES FOR DAYTONA DIRT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS, 2015 AND BEYOND
A UNIFICATION FOR THE KARTERS, BY THE KARTERS
CONCORD, N.C. – Three teams – the American Kart Racing Association (AKRA), the World Karting Association (WKA) and Unilli Tires – are unifying to bring karters the best and most prestigious Daytona Dirt World Championships in recent memory.
This year’s Daytona Dirt event – set to take place December 27-29 at the quarter-mile Flat Track at Daytona International Speedway – will kick off a joint venture among AKRA, WKA and Unilli Tires that will work to bring a stable, consistent, fair and credible rules package, racing structure and track benefits programs for dirt karters throughout the 2015 racing season and years to come.
The party will get started in a big way at the 2014 Dirt World Championships. Over $75,000 in GUARANTEED PAYOUTS will be on the line at the Daytona Flat Track this holiday season!
