I got them just put the engine on now now chan guard dose it have to bolt to the engine

Yes button head allen bolts are best . 5/16 course thread 3/4 long .
I guess it wouldn't have too but having something to hold it securely would be a pain .
The tech man could deem it unsafe then your going home . Sad and dejected .
