ARC 6616 adj timing billet flywheel

For a briggs animal, ARC says it gives up to 14 degrees advance, anyone know what the timing advance is with the advance set at zero? It looks like there is 9 advance marks on the flywheel, with 14 degrees max advance, each mark is less than 1 degree, right? What degree of advance is normally desired for a limited modified animal on alky? Thx!

You'd have to check with arc. for sure .
but at the zero mark it should be stock timing for the engine type .
Typically 23 *
