Not really. Midwest yes. They run world formula engines and run under USAC/POWRi rule sets. Tulsa, SIR and few others are homes to those cars

Know i'm late to the party but majority of places with Jr Sprints run the world formula engine. Some back east run a 270 version. I think the 270's have bigger tires like a micro as well.
