Axle setup

Looking for axle setup info. Have a 08 icon where do I need to pin the axle and where to use collars? What’s the best way? Thanks!
 
Right threw the bearing is best .
Pull the set screw , mark and drill the axle , then thread a socket head cap screw in the set screws place .
A bullet nose wheel stud might work good . No thread tapping involved .
I always ran a tap right through the bearing and axle .
