Belly Pan Bolts

Should be a rule across all karting that belly pan bolts must have the head on the bottom.

Not sure it needs to be a "rule"...Common sense, sure. Good idea, you bet! Could be added as a safety rule in case someone runs up and over someone else.
What happened?

I know we got ran over .
Driver had chain rash on his arm !
Thankful there weren't 4 - 1/4 inch by 1" bolts hanging down .

Ha ha, yea, we've been run over the left rear enough times by cars that would go a lap down in a heat race. Starts and restarts are the opportune time I guess. Hopper Stopper all but eliminated that.
While we're at it - can we get rid of those all-thread bolts that hold rear bumpers on? Those things go right through fiberglass noses. I'd hate to think what they'd do to your ribs!

Yeah for Sure, I had the guy that builds my Asphalt kart make me rear bumpers that bolt up thru the rear Chassis rails. Got 2 Bad Max karts that take that application and the Threaded Bolt style keep backing out.
