Best 1 inch drum clutch

What is the most durable 1 inch drum clutch? Open motor, 450 to 500 pound overall weight. Can use bigger then 35 chain if needed. Are any drum clutches tunable for engagement rpm? TIA

Noram star is one . I thought i saw where hillard had one but not 100 percent sure . If so thats what i would buy .
