Depends on the track, racer and budget. I like older Ultramax. If I had the money, Kinetic.
The one for which you can get the most support.

Find the one with the best support that will help you out, to many chassis to pick from, not being a smart butt

My advice would be to go to the track and see who's upfront. Not that that proves what is the best kart, but buying the one that's upfront means you can't be off by too much, if any. The one that wins at your track is a safe bet. Just understand, the guy that's driving it has a lot to do with it.

There is NO BEST chassis, it's all in the guy's that run them, Nall, Cash, Armstrong, Miller, Gaylord, Keister, Herrivan, Missy, Sieber, Mullis,Dickerson, White,
They could make anything go because they know what the hell there doing.

What Al said. Who's winning with what where you plan to race? Pick one of those brands, give the manufacturers a call, and see who's support you're more comfortable with. From there, it's the guy behind the wheel who can decide if its a winning chassis or not.
