We are newer to karting and feel like we are behind on power. Currently have the BSP2 cam but are getting pulled on the straightaways. What would be the best cam for a purple plate motor? Or some tuning tips...
We have a BSP engine with a Holy Moses plate carb and intake. We have the Slipstream flywheel with a 6* key, gapped at .035 and a 3910x plug. Currently running 0* valve lash with the new red springs. Motor seems to like 5600-5800 rpm, so have kept it there. Running indoor short track with Bully clutch and 11 driver.
Also, is the ARC flywheel better then the Slipstream?
