If your talking about at the track, then warm water, FTS tire wash, and lots of scrubbing is what I currently do, but I'd love to get a tire washer eventually.
Most companies have a tire wash out. I personally like the Track Tac Blue Tire Wash. Spray it on and let them sit for a few minutes and then scrub off with a clean rag. Works awesome.
