Best way to resurface tires

What is the best method to resurface tires. Belt sander, grinder or DA sander? What grit paper? Also to keep them cook is glass cleaner the best to use or baby shampoo? After resurface do you scrub them?
Looking for opinions here.
 
Tire resurfacing machine so tire is turning proper speed, 7" polisher / sander adjustable speed, low speed, If tires are pretty course wear 150 grit then finish with 240 grit, If minimal wear 240 grit only, mix simple green, methanol, water, to spray, after sanding spray and apply pressure with a rag and clean.
