BN carbs on 100/125cc engines?

Has anyone used the Bn mikuni carbs on 100 125 or even mod engines? Any details on changing the Jets set up or the way they act?

Are you talking the old round tops or the square tops? Those are SBN's. I ran a SBN38 on a KDX200 and it works really well on gas. I'm sure they will work well on a 125 or bigger.

Just looking @ new options the old Burco carbs (Mik) 34 was the old standard for performance.

If you are going to use alky for fuel the SBN would be great as the pumper stack is more than capable of delivering plenty of fuel.

I have a cr250 cyl taft case I think the sbn would be simpler to use. But I also think would work on a b bomb or 150 tkm .

Its a square top pumper carb that replaced the old round top Mikuni. They make them in 34, 38, 40, and 44mm.

Dustin Stephenson does Tillotson's IDK about Mikuni's. Kevin Birky does as well as Al Eashman.
