I'd give it a thorough cleaning and check air gap/disc thickness and spring height and set it up for your application (spring color, lever weights and positions, etc).

Generally speaking your gut feel when you 1st look at the clutch will tell you how it has been cared for. Do you know what class it was ran in and is that the same class you're going to run it in?

Then follow the advice above

Having it set-up properly is vital!
Being out of spec on air gap and variance from one side to the other (180*) will tell you if it's ready for a regrind/rebuild.
Most clutch rebuilders will charge around $50 +parts for a 2 disc Bully.
