With safety as our #1 priority at Box Stock Project, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees while continuing to support our customers. Our team has been closely monitoring updates from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization) regarding the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak. We wanted to reassure you that Box Stock Project plans to operate on regular schedule. As more information evolves, we will continue to monitor the advice of the public health agencies. Nothing we ship out contains the virus. Product we have have was already state side before the virus spread in China.
In addition, we wanted to share with you the current situation on parts availability. China is slowly trying to bring everything back on line and start production and exporting again. The Chinese government controls all aspects of industry in China. Some factories are up and running just not the ones we need. We expect they will be up and going very soon. American orders are not usually a top priority for the Chinese as karting motor parts represent such a small portion of the parts market. Our office in China is pushing all our suppliers to get our parts out ASAP.
Keep in mind this virus has been going on in China since late November and early December. It had greatly slowed exporting. We do have parts currently but, we are suffering from some outages. If you aren’t sure if we are out of stock on a part please give us a call! Our web site does reflect some of our outages.
In these uncertain times, we want you to rest assured in knowing that we are doing everything possible to continue serving our customers.
