Brake pad dragging in cold weather

I’m finding that my brake pad tends to drag when it’s gets around 50F. Brakes where just bled when it was 70f. No drag when bled. New kart republic kart with reservoir master, floating rotor. Are folk bleeding again when there’s a significant temp change? Any other suggestions? Running LO206 so any brake drag is an issue. Thx.
 
Never heard of temps changing anything regarding brakes. Wonder if it would just go away the first time you hit the brakes and they got warm anyway. The floating rotor should move enough to not allow it to drag regardless though?
