Can anyone with a Horstman intake like pictured below Mesure the bolt spacing on the carburetor flange side? I very slightly filed out the bolt spacing and used one of these universal flanges on a 440cc snowmobile to convert from a walbro to a vm32. Is the walbro/tilly pattern the same? If it is the tilly bolt spacing is just wider then 78mm??
I understand pointless and very expensive buying two intakes for a vm30 style swap on a briggs 5hp.. It’s more so my curiosity has peaked and I wondering if the universal flange can actually turn a 5hp Horstman intake made for a tilly into a vm30 mikuni style bolt on intake.
