briggs WF Lighter stock flywheel/starter ring

Rules state min weight is 4pds 1 oz with flywheel, starter ring, bolts and fan. I'm at 4pd 8 oz. Anyone have one of these lighter PVL flywheels or starter rings/fans?

Breakdown: Flywheel 3lb 15.4oz
fan 4oz
ring 3.3

All we have are 2 lb PVL flywheels.

It will be faster without the fan since it doesn't have to push the air but it's likely to overheat especially if you are using gasoline.
Likewise, it will be faster without the ring gear for the same reason although the not nearly as much.
