bsp rookie

So how do u guys get springs right? Seems to be alot of rules about springs... P. S. I hate rules lol just let me go fast
 
BSP. 109 head .280, low tension rings, Cl1i cam .000 lash both sides, .009 head gasket, piston .010 in the hole, throttle shaft twisted .125 past square to bore, .038 main - .028 low, 2hole preped e-tube, increase air on air bleed, low feed 2-3/4 turns out, arc flywheel 38 deg.
