Builder prepare cam issues

Why is it mandatory to run Billet flywheel and not PVL flywheel with CL-MOD 2 Dyno cam ? Is it timing or fin reasons. Please give me some input on this subject

Is it in your rules ?
Its designed as a cheater stock cam .
The dyno recommendations are billet rod and flywheel .
Pvl may not be true billet , its is an approved flywheel .
