Building a outlaw/RWYB animal. FH Crank???

Well I fired up the stroker animal yesterday. It did sound nice and acted like it was going to straighten out the candy cane pipe that is on it. I was surprised that afterwords the compression test was at 210 pounds @ 10,000 ft. Next take it to the lake, put my load on it and hope it doesn't puke it's guts out on the ice.

Thanks PD, They do have good prices for typical MC rods. My trouble is that none of them are the correct size for use in the kart motors I mentioned above.
19mm little end, 26mm big end, 100mm long is the Rotax rod kit item #21 for $362.00 http://www.accelerationkarting.com/...ceshaftbalancedrivewaterpumpdrivegearbox.aspx

If I change the cranks pin size to a larger one I could use the 80 dollar a MC rod, but then the work to inlarge the crank haves and case space spoils some of the savings.
I did find aprila rotax bike rod that was 90 bucks but it is 10mm longer so I made a 10mm cylinder plate to make it work, yet I am not sure how bad that would effect the case displacement.

Hey can you post you tube video of it running on the ice, thanks

Hi GeorgeHenry, I hope to get a batch of karts and a new video of them going on the lake soon and will post it when that happens. I have to rely on a friend that does that as I am barley a picture phone kind of guy. If you look at some of my older timeline here https://www.facebook.com/rodney.ebersole.1 there is a couple vids of some action of the past.

My test run went well, ran it around the lake for 12 minutes peaking 8400 rpms and CHT of 378. Got it home and it still tested 200 PSI with no leaks or holes. It just has a stock WF carb and cam on 91 pump gas. I now have installed an EGT gauge on it to get a better picture for the jetting. My oil ring tension is probably to low as I cut a coil on the expansion ring, 16 ounces went down to 11 ounces in the first 20 minutes of run time. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10202019443980702&set=pcb.10202019473821448&type=1&theater
