Bully single disc spring height

Putting a new disc in a buddies clutch. He's got bolts in both with red springs. What spring height do i need for clone Jr2/3. Blue and unrestricted. Figure peak torque is about 3k.

We used bolts in the outer holes and set it around .240 with red springs. Air gap a little bigger out to like .030. I believe we were like 3500-3600 lockup. No longer run it tho my brother liked the feel of the Vortex better so he stayed with those.
 
Bully has great setup charts on their website showing spring/height/weight setup combinations and what rpms they work at. Invaluable info.
 
Peak torque should be higher than that for a blue plate clone. Most guys are engaging them considerably higher 35-3600 is my recommendation.
Bolts in both holes and .240-.250" spring height will work fine for that engagement. If you want it set higher, then remove the inside bolt. If you indeed want it as low as 3000, you'll need to back the springs way out (.275"-ish) or better to put in black springs.
