Bully six spring clutch specs when grinding metal parts on rebuilding

What is the miminium thickness for drive hub , pressure plate on a adult six spring adult clutch

Until you can no longer achieve proper air gap with a thicker floater.

As the plates get thinner, they are more prone to warp, but ive never threw out a perfectly good drive hub or pressure plate because it was too thin.

Stock floater is .065, and they make them up to .120 thick, so realistically you can grind .060 off the plates until you get remotely close to being no good anymore. Ive been rebuilding clutches for 7 years, done thousands of them, and never had one that was so thin it was no longer useable.
