Burris SS33A Tire Question

On the date codes on the tires, there is always a (.02, .96, .12) number hand written on the tire right next to the date code. What does this number mean, because they're always different. Just curious if maybe the smaller number tires might be better/worse.

Rough chalk sizes, normally .90 are the smallest rollout rights, .02-.18 middle, .30 are the biggest all thing considered when mounting. Left sides I haven't noticed much difference.
