It’s definitely a flathead cam I just have know idea what brand and what the specs are

Definitely see it's straight cut teeth there . Best your going to do is measure the Base circle and the lobe . Then subtract for the lift .
If the lobes are welded then it would lead to a non stock specs .
Stock are a pretty tight parameter .
On the lobes the newer slapper cams have a pronounced ramp just in front of the nose .
Degreeing it is the best option then comparing too known cam profiles .
