Can I use a 2002 Emmick Kart w/ Briggs 206?

Locally they are selling a 2002 Emmick kart w/ 80 motor. It is complete. Can I run a Briggs 206 on this cart? Change gearing, etc? Guy wants $1000.00 for this complete kart. Will not go lower. Worth the "hassle"?

If it's a right hand drive it might be problematic .
