Can you identify this chassis / tank... Thank you for looking

I picked up this "Never Stops Rolling" Chassis last week. The 212cc Preditor runs. The kart goes. The MCP brakes are all locked up. I have been looking / Googling for days and can't find the steel beam bumpers or the set back steering anywhere. I can't find the spindles either. The butterfly steering wheel is AZUSA. The seller had the plastic for the front end as well. I think the Steel beam went all the way around the kart and was cut off on the sides. I finally got a kart / tank. It just took me 60 years... My daughter told me I forgot the letters L and F. I told her I was thinking about a goLF kart... Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your reply.
I was thinking homemade. Someone may have had build plans. I have tried to research the different types of karts. The cart is built offset. That would mean left turns. I have not seen concession style. May I ask what concession style means?
Thanks again.

That chassis isn't built offset.
This is an offset racing chassis, designed for left hand only
