I ran the motor alittle, and then i had a firing problem. Fixed that, then tried to start it again and it would only pop and try to start with the throttle closed, you open it, it would back fire and load the carb up with fuel. I have a Tilloston HL-363B Alky Carb. Motor is advanced with a #7 key. Also i had the High side closed completely cause it would back fire, and just flood fuel in the carb. What might be my problem with this. Any help could be nice thanks.

check and make sure your timing didnt slip

You don't set an alky tilly carb to idle on a limited mod motor. You set the butterfly so that is closes completely when your off the throttle. You start the motor while controlling the throttle and then go. If it bogs when you try to go you open the low side a bit until it takes off with out bogging.
