Chassis I.D.

Does anyone know what type of chassis this is ?? It has a adjustable bar on the left side which I have no idea what it’s for. I am new to this. Also where I can buy some spindles for these stub axles? Thanks !

That would be my guess as well -- I think that was their update to the Testarosa if I'm not mistaken.
It's a lot like our Vector DO, but it's not one of ours. Definitely not one of Jimmy's (White.) I don't recall Olson making a double rail either.
