With that location of I'd tag. Maybe a 99 or 2000 phantom? It looks similar to my phantom. And the front bumper looks close.

Ok dose anyone know where to get a baseline setup or know a setup. Also is it a good kart. Thank u guys for the info !!

You have a PM and it was a very good kart back in it's day. Should be pretty competetive for Sat night racing.
