Could someone help figure out what brand of chassis?

My legend had a steering wheel like that .

I think I have that exact same chassis. I was told on here that it could be an older pill style CKI.

I don't know what it is . Its an roughly mid 90's some where year wise .

Look behind brake caliper or resevoir. There may be number there looks a lot like a shadow but unsure

Very possible it's a Twister
